Mission
To protect, conserve, and enhance the health of the Earth's ecosystems and the people depending on them by supporting integrated grassroots efforts in agroforestry, reforestation, protection of watersheds, water and sanitation, and renewable energy initiatives.
Objectives
To empower citizens by giving them the information and materials they need to protect existing forests, and to reforest already degraded areas.

We meet this goal by:
Supplying free seeds of nitrogen-fixing, fast growing tropical tree species. Supplying training and educational materials for agro forestry and reforestation projects.
1 Capacity building through the promotion of local seed banks and information repositories.
2 Provide local partners with important information concerning development projects in their region, and sources of financial support.
Improving human and environmental health by promoting projects that focus on the protection, conservation, and regeneration of watersheds.

Empowering locals by providing them with training and information materials to better understand watersheds, and the relationships between forests, water, environment, and health.

We meet this goal by:
Capacity building through the promotion of local water councils that will address watershed and water quality issues.
11 Capacity building through the promotion of local water councils that will address watershed and water quality issues.
